Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2 details revealed

Tencent-owned gaming brand Level Infinite announced Tuesday the teams, schedule, and prize pool for the Honor of Kings esports competition, the Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2.

Beginning on June 29 and running until July 7, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2 will feature 13 international HoK teams including Team Vitality, Vivo Keyd Stars, Loops, and more, competing for a share of its $300K USD total prize pool and eight spot in the Honor of Kings Invitational Midseason at the Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia next month.

The news follows Honor of Kings’ global launch last week on mobile devices, and is a further step in the company’s $15M commitment to growing the game’s esports ecosystem that was announced earlier this year.

The full Invitational S2 schedule is:

  • June 29 – July 2: Group stage, Match starts at 15:00 (GMT+8)
  • July 4 – July 5: Quarterfinals, Match starts at 15:00 (GMT+8)
  • July 6: Semi-Finals, Match starts at 15:00 (GMT+8)
  • July 7: Final, Match starts at 18:00 (GMT+8)

Teams set to compete in the Honor of Kings Invitational Season 2 Group Stage include All Gamers Global (Hong Kong, China), Boom Esports (The Philippines), FUT Esports (Türkiye), Isurus (Argentina), Impunity Esports (Malaysia), Kagendra (Indonesia), LGD Gaming (Malaysia), Loops (Brazil), R8 Esports (Saudi Arabia), Rex Regum Qeon (Indonesia), Team Secret (Malaysia), Team Vitality (France), and Vivo Keyd Stars (Brazil).
