GRID and Abios renew partnership for another year, add League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege data into the mix.
Esports data platform GRID and Abios—the esports division of Swedish sports betting technology and services provider Kambi Group—announced an extension of their esports data partnership.
Financial terms of the renewed deal were not disclosed.
GRID will add League of Legends and Rainbow Six Siege official esports data feeds to power the Kambi Group’s partner network through its Abios division, joining other titles it already provides data for including Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and Valorant. Those feeds were established as part of the original partnership signed in July 2023.
According to the announcement, “Abios uses the GRID Data Platform’s real-time data feeds to offer accurate and real-time odds, accessible to both existing and new partners within the Kambi Group and subsidiary networks.”
In case you’re not familiar with it, the GRID Data Platform sources data directly from game servers, made possible through several “official partnerships with rights holders” including Riot Games, Ubisoft, and Krafton, as well as more than 70 tournament organizers in the Valve esports ecosystem.
